龙氏治脊疗法配合药物治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察龙氏治脊疗法配合药物治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法:将70例椎动脉型颈椎病患者随机分为龙氏治脊疗法配合药物治疗组和单纯药物治疗组,2周为1个疗程,治疗1个疗程后,观察两组临床疗效并对比TCD检查两侧椎动脉血流参数指标情况。结果:1个疗程结束后,龙氏治脊疗法配合药物治疗组的总有效率与单纯药物治疗组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);TCD检查两侧椎动脉血流参数指标Vp(收缩峰期内的最高血流速度)、Vm(平均血流速度)治疗前后对比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:龙氏治脊疗法配合药物治疗椎动脉型颈椎病疗效确切,具有较高的临床应用及推广价值。Objective：To observe Longs therapy for spine combined with drug in the treatment of cervical spondylopathy of vertebral artery. Methods：Seventy cases of cervical spondylopathy of vertebral artery patients were randomly divided into Longs therapy combined with drug treatment group and simple drug treatment group. After 2 weeks treatment, the clinical curative effects and TCD examination on both sides of the vertebral artery were observed in two groups. Results： After one course of treatment, there was significant difference in the total effective rate between the Longs therapy for spine com- bined with drug treatment group and simple drug treatment group （P〈0.05）. There was also remarkable difference in peak velocity and mean velocity on both sides of the vertebral artery blood flow in TCD examination （P〈0.05）. Conclu- sion： Longs therapy for spine combined with drug is effective in the treatment of cervical spondylopathy of vertebral artery, which has high value of clinical application and promotion.
