益气养阴活血方治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床观察

摘　　要：为观察益气养阴活血方对糖尿病周围神经病变 (DPN)的临床疗效。 2 8例糖尿病周围神经病变患者 ,用益气养阴活血方治疗 3周 ,观察治疗前后症状以及神经电生理变化。结果 :治疗后肢端疼痛、麻木、无力改善率分别达 80 9%、73 3%、76 0 %,感觉神经传导速度增快 ,与治疗前比较 ,有显著差异 (P <0 0 5 )。提示益气养阴活血方能改善糖尿病周围神经病变的临床症状 ,增快神经传导速度。To observe the clinical efficacy of 'Qi-Yin Supplementing and Blood-Activating Decoction' in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy(DPN),28 cases were treated by this Decoction and their symptoms and nerve electrophysiological changes were observed.Results:After treatment,the improvement rates for limb pain,numbness and weakness were 80 9%,73 7% and 76 0% respectively;conduction velocity of sensory nerve increased obviously,P<0 05.It is indicated that 'Qi-Yin Supplementing and Blood-Activating Decoction' can improve clinical symptoms and increase the nerve conduction velocity?
