基于振动力学的滚珠丝杠副精度可靠性的研究

摘  要:对滚珠丝杠副的精度研究现状进行了概括。根据前人的研究经验,将滚珠丝杠简化为梁来研究。运用振动力学理论,推导出梁在外部激励作用下的响应方程,运用软件M atlab对求解结果进行了可视化处理。应用一次二阶矩理论,推导了丝杠副传动动态精度可靠性,并结合实例进行了计算。结果表明,丝杠截面误差和极惯性矩误差对精度可靠性起决定性影响,由此得出在生产制造丝杠时要极其注意保证丝杠的截面面积的制造精度。Research on precision of ball screw pairs are summarized. According to previous researeh experience, the bali screw is simplified as a beam to study. By using mechanical vibration theory., the dynamic response equation of the beams under external exeitation has been derived out, Then by using software like Matlab, the solution of the result of the equation has been visualized. The dynamic response of screw rod under working circ, umstance is studied, and the dynamic response equation is obtained, and some calculation examples have given. Results showed that screw and polar moment of inertia section en'or had decisive influence on precision and reliability, resulting in manufacturing screw with extreme attention to ensure manufacturing precision of the sectional area of the screw.
