摘 要:针对油田供液能力差、产量低、能耗高、设备效率差的低产油井,研制了一种新型采油设备——连续柔性抽油杆提捞式抽油机。主要从基本结构、工作原理、柱塞胶筒受力分析、能耗分析比较等方面阐述了新型捞油机的特点。该设备优化了采油工艺,达到了节能降耗的目的,由于能够实现智能间歇起抽和停止,大大减少了人力投入,降低了工人的劳动强度,提高了抽油效率。随着该项技术的日臻成熟,智能提捞式抽油机有着广阔的应用前景。Aiming at the lower productivity,high energy consumption and low productive efficiency oil wells, a new high-efficiency-equipment which is called flexible continuous sukers rod bailing pumping unit is designed.This article mainly introduced its basic structure,working principle,the plunger force analysis,power consumption eomparative analysis,etc. The equipment optimized the oil production process to achieve the purpose of energy saving and consumption reducing. Being able to realize intelligent start and stop intervally,it both sharply reduced the input of manpower and the labor intensity of workers,and improved the efficiency of the pumping. With the development of teehnology, intelligent bailing pumping unit has a broad application prospect.
