摘  要:密封橡胶筒的形变、应力以及其受油管内壁摩擦力对采油漏失率和使用寿命有着直接影响。采用弹性力学中的拉梅解答经过坐标变换得到轴向应力函数表达式,再通过密封橡胶筒边界条件和物理定律建立与油管内壁受力关系。得到橡胶筒形变、应力状态、摩擦力之间的函数关系,这种函数关系将有助于对井下捞油抽子进行定量研究。Deformation of sealing rubber cylinder and its inner fiiction by has a direct impact on oil leakage loss rate and service life. Through coordinate Iransformation,lame solution in the elastic mechanics is used to obtain the axial stress function expression,Then the relationship is built up between stress and the inner wall of the oil pipe through the sealing rubber cylinder boundary conditions and the laws of physics building. The the function relationship is obtained among friction,rubber tube deformation,stress state. This function relationship is conducive to the downhole pumping the quantitative study swab.
