摘　　要：为了满足医院发展战略需要,提高医院整体工作效率和服务水平,在系统阐述医院科室业务运作的基础上,分析医院各科室之间关系,提出以体系结构为基础的协同思想,从而提高医院效能,降低医院管理成本,为实施医院战略管理打下良好基础。In order to meet the demand of hospital development strategy and to improve the work efficiency and service level hospital, relationship among hospital departments is analyzed, and synergy model construction is put for- ward based on the architecture of collaborative ideas, so as to increase the efficiency of the hospital, to decrease the cost of hospital management, and to effectively enhance the overall efficiency of management of the hospital.
