摘　　要：魏长春老中医治疗复杂疑难顽症 ,属真元衰败上下交病者 ,强调“治其中”的原则 ,例举魏老治疗肺心病、肝硬化、慢性肝炎、食道癌转移等为上下交病验案 ,分别采用培中土、运大气、保元真、救气阴等法 ,皆立足于顾护脾胃之气 ,巩固后天之本的治则。In the treatment of some stubborn diseases due to primordial qi decline or simultaneous upper and lower diseases,professor Wei Changchun focuses the treatment on the spleen and stomach.This article lists some examples of pulmonary heart disease,liver cirrhosis,chronic hepatitis and post-operative intestinal obstruction respectively treated by nourishing spleen,supplementing middle qi,tonifying primordial qi and rescuing qi and yin,demonstrating that enriching spleen-stomach qi and strengthening postnatal foundation are essential methods.
