HtrA1、Survivin在早发型重度子痫前期胎盘组织中的表达及意义

摘　　要：目的探讨HtrAl(high temperature requirement A1,HtrAl)及Survivin在早发型重度子痫前期(early-onset severe preeclampsia,ES-PE)胎盘组织中的表达及其意义。方法采用SABC法测定早发型(30例)与晚发型(35例)重度子痫前期患者胎盘组织中HtrA1及Survivin的表达。结果 HtrAl在早发型重度子痫前期胎盘组织中的表达明显高于晚发型,平均灰度值分别为142.63±3.48和158.72±4.26(平均灰度值与表达强度成负相关),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);Survivin在早发型重度子痫前期胎盘组织中的表达明显低于晚发型,平均灰度值分别为138.32±3.26和126.47±2.85,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);HtrA1和Survivin在子痫前期胎盘组织中的表达呈负相关(r=-0.67,P<0.05)。结论 HtrA1、Survivin与早发型重度子痫前期的发生密切相关,提示早发型重度子痫前期与晚发型发病机制可能不同。Objective To investigate the expressions and significance of high temperature requirement A1 （HtrA1） and Survivin in placenta of early-onset severe preeclampsai.Methods We detected the expressions of HtrA1 and Survivin in placenta of early-onset severe preeclampsia and late-onset severe preeclampsia （including 30 early-onset and 35 late-onset） by immunohistochemical SABC method.Results Compared with that in late-onset severe preeclampsia,the expression of HtrA1 was elevated in early-onset severe preeclampsia,and there was a negative correlation between the mean grey value and the expression.In early-onset and late-onset severe preeclampsia,the average gray value was 142.63±3.48 and 158.72±4.26,respectively （P＜0.05）.In contrast,the expression of Survivin was decreased in early-onset severe preeclampsia; the average gray value was 138.32 ± 3.26 and 126.47±2.85,respectively （P＜0.05）.The expressions of HtrAl and Survivin in preeclampsia placenta were negatively correlated （r=-0.67,P＜0.05）.Conclusion HtrA1 and Survivin are closely related to earlyonset severe preeclampsia,which suggests that the mechanism of early-onset preeclampsia may differ from that of late-onset preeclampsia.
