摘 要:目的研究尿道下裂术后尿道狭窄的尿流率特点,为尿道狭窄的诊断提供客观依据。方法采用Dantec尿动力学检验仪,对10例尿道下裂术后尿道狭窄的患者进行手术矫治前、后的尿流率测定,分析其尿流率特点。并选择10例正常男性作为对照,进行对比观察。结果10例尿道下裂术后尿道狭窄患者的尿流率曲线明显低平,最大尿流率降低,排尿时间显著延长。尿道狭窄矫治术后,患者的最大尿流率得到提高,排尿时间缩短,其中3例患者的尿流率曲线接近正常。结论尿道下裂术后尿道狭窄的尿流率曲线为特征性的低平曲线,尿流率明显降低。因此,尿流率测定可以作为尿道下裂术后尿道狭窄的诊断依据。Objective To investigate the characteristics of urine flow of urethral stenosis after hypospadias repair. Methods Uroflowmetry was applied to 10 patients with urethral stenosis after hypospadias repair. The urine flow curves and urine flow rates were analyzed compared to 10 normal men, the control group. Results The patients with urethral stenosis had very low urine flow curves. The maximal flow rates were obviously lower than the normal and the micturitional time elongated. After urethral stenosis correction, the maximal flow rates in- creased and the micturitional time decreased. The urine flow curves in 3 patients were similar to the normal. Conclusion Patients with urethral stenosis after hypospadias repair had very low urine flow curves. The maximal flow rate was low. Uroflowmetry could serve as a diagnostic tool for urethral stenosis after hypospadias repair.
