摘　　要：目的系统评价在腹腔镜下腹膜阴道成形术对阴道再造的效果。方法应用计算机检索万方数据库（Wanfang Data）、维普数据库（VIP）、中国知网（CNKI）、PubMed、EMbase、The Cochrane Library，查找纳入腹腔镜下腹膜阴道成形术对阴道再造效果的随机对照试验或临床对照研究，同时手动检索纳入研究的参考文献。由2名评价员独立筛查文献，并提取资料进行系统评价。结果共有5篇文献被纳入分析。与对照组其他术式相比，腹腔镜下腹膜阴道成形术具有术后并发症少、性生活更满意、出血少、创伤小、阴道长、性状更接近正常女性及手术更加快捷等优势，但系统评价在术后性生活是否满意，出血量及术后阴道长度方面，与文献报道有所偏倚。结论采用腹腔镜下腹膜阴道成形术，能节约手术时间，有效减少术后并发症，而在术中出血量、术后阴道长度及术后性生活是否满意方面，未体现出其应有的优势，考虑需要更多高质量、大样本、长期的随机对照试验来验证。Objective To evaluate the effect of peritoneal vaginoplasty on vagina reconstruction under laparoscopic. Methods Electronic databases, such as Waufang, VIP, CNKI, PubMed, EMbase and the Cochrane Library, were indexed for studies on randomized controlled trial or clinical control trial of the efficacy of peritoneal vaginoplasty on vagina reconstruction under laparoscopic. Additionally, manual searched for the relevant references. Data were extracted and evaluated by two reviewers independently; the extracted test data were analyzed by system evaluation. Results Five studies were included for the analysis. The results of system e- valuation showed that： Compared with the other operations in control group, the peritoneal vaginoplasty under laparoscopic had these advantages, like less wound, fewer operative time, blood loss and postoperative compli- cations, more satisfactory sexual life, and longer and closely nature vagina. But there was significance differ- ence of bleeding volume in operation, quality of sexual life and the length of vagina between the conclusion of system evaluation and the data. Conclusion The application of peritoneal vaginoplasty under laparoscopic could save operation time, and effectively reduce postoperative complications, but the available data were not sufficient to prove the superiority of this surgical approach in terms of the amount of bleeding in operation, post- operative quality of sexual life and the length of vagina. However, more high quality, large-sample and longterm randomized controlled trials are needed to confirm this.
