基于“补肾法”治疗原发性骨质疏松症的研究述评

摘　　要：骨质疏松症严重影响现代人的生活质量,中医药治疗此病具有疗效确切、安全性高、"多靶点"增效、整体调节等特点。通过对此病模型的建立,及中医证型、实验及临床研究方面的分析,对近年来基于"补肾法"对此病的相关研究做一述评,认为对POP的研究不能仅局限于动物实验,还须在临床患者群体中验证,关于中医药对骨质疏松发病机理的作用、疗效特点等临床研究有待进一步扩大、深入和提高,力求探索真实反映本病本质的客观指标,实现对理论的客观化和定量化的科学描述,最终为临床治疗本病及开展相关前瞻性研究提供科学依据。Osteoporosis seriously affects modern people’s quality of life. Compared with western medicine,TCM has advantages in the treatment of osteoporosis,including definite curative effect,high safety,the multiple target efficiency,and comprehensive adjustment. By reviewing and discussing the researches based on ＂tonifying the kidney therapy ＂in the treatment of primary osteoporosis（ POP） in recent years from the disease model,TCM syndrome differentiation,and experimental and clinical research,this article concludes that researches on POP should not be limited to animal experiments,and it should be verified in clinical patient groups. The pathogenesis of TCM in the treatment of POP and its clinical characteristics need to be further and deeply explored,which will truely reflect the objective index of the disease nature,achieve the objective and quantitative theory with scientific description,and ultimately provide scientific basis for the clinical treatment of this disease and the relevant research prospective.
