摘　　要：目的探讨2型糖尿病心血管自主神经病变与P-选择素的关系。方法采用ELISA法检测42例体检健康者(对照组),45例2型糖尿病患者(单纯糖尿病组)及51例2型糖尿病合并心血管自主神经病变患者(合并组)血浆可溶性P-选择素水平。结果合并组、单纯糖尿病组和对照组血浆可溶性P-选择素分别为(56.1±5.2)、(33.5±7.8)、(18.7±6.3)μg/L,3组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01);多元逐步回归分析显示,糖化血红蛋白、三酰甘油是可溶性P-选择素的独立影响因素。结论 P-选择素可能与2型糖尿病心血管自主神经病变的发生有关。Objective To investigate the association between soluble P-selectin and cardiovascular autonomic neuropathy in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus （T2DM）. Methods The plasma level of soluble P-selectin was measured in 42 normal subjects （control group）, 45 T2DM patients （T2DM group） and 51 T2DM patients complicated with cardiovascular autonomic neuropathy （DCAN group） by ELISA technique. Results The plasma levels of soluble P-selectinwere （56.1±5. 2）, （33. 5±7.8） and （18. 7±6. 3） μg/L in DCAN, T2DM and control groups, showing significant differences among three groups （P 〈 0.01）. Multiple stepwise regression analysis showed glycosylated hemoglobin Alc and triacylglycerol were independent risk factors for soluble P-selectin level. Conclusion P-selectin might be involved in the development of cardiovascular autonomic neuropathy in T2DM patients.
