摘  要:目的探讨多排螺旋CT多平面重建(multi-planar reconstruction,MPR)后处理技术诊断腰椎椎弓峡部裂的准确性。方法 36例腰椎椎弓峡部裂患者,行多排螺旋CT扫描后对原始数据进行MPR后处理,比较椎间盘CT轴位图像与MPR图像对腰椎椎弓峡部裂的显示率。结果椎间盘CT轴位图像及MPR图像共发现椎弓峡部裂67个,峡部裂位于L32个,L424个,L541个;椎间盘CT轴位图像对椎弓峡部裂的显示率为68.66%(46/67),MPR图像为100%,二者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论多排螺旋CT MPR技术可较好显示椎弓峡部裂特征,对指导治疗方案制订有重要价值。Objective To investigate the accuracy of multi-slice spiral CT multi-planar reconstruction (MPR) post- processing technique in the diagnosis of lumbar spondylolysis. Methods The raw data of MPR were processed after multi-slice spiral CT scan in 36 patients with lumbar spondylolysis. The disc displaying rates of CT axial images and MPR images were compared. Results Spondylolysis was showed in 67 sites in 36 patients by CT axial images and MPR, including 2 sites in L3 , 24 in L4 and 41 in L5. The displaying rate of CT axial image was 68. 66% (46/67) and MPR images was 100 % for spondylolysis, showing a significant difference (P〈0.05). Conclusion Multi-slice spiral CT MPR technique could clearly show the characteristics of spondylolysis, and plays an important role in clinical therapy.
