摘　　要：地震应急指挥中心是各级领导和专家迅速有效进行地震应对的工作平台,是政府进行抗震救灾指挥决策的重要工作场所。在区域内发生严重破坏性地震时,指挥者将利用该平台对抗震救灾工作进行全面指挥,并协同组织各部门开展抗震救灾工作。Earthquake emergency command center is at all levels of leadership and experts quickly effective seismic re- sponse to the working platform, is an important work of government decision-making in earthquake relief. Serious destructive earthquake in the region, the command will use the platform to conduct a comprehensive command of earthquake relief work, and coordination of various departments organize the earthquake relief work.
