摘 要:以自制的镱掺杂二氧化锡(YTO)水性纳米隔热浆料与水性氟丙树脂共混,制备了水性YTO透明隔热玻璃隔热涂料,系统研究了YTO浆料用量、Yb掺杂比例、涂层厚度对涂膜光学性能的影响,探讨了水性氟丙树脂用量对涂膜硬度及附着力的影响。结果表明:YTO浆料用量为40%、Yb/Sn物质的量比为0.35∶0.65、涂覆次数为3次、树脂用量为50%时,涂膜的光学性能、硬度及附着力最佳。Transparent thermal insulating coatings were prepared by incorporating ytterbium-doped tin oxide (YTO) as a heat insulation functional material into a waterborne fluorine-containing acrylic resin matrix. The Influence of YTO slurry dosage and Yb/Sn molar ratio on the optical performance of coatings film was investigated. The influence of resin dosage on the coating hardness and adhesion of coatings film was also discussed.
