摘　　要：频率捷变雷达综合测试仪工作在射频捷变状态,可产生雷达所需的目标回波信号,其跟踪精度将直接影响雷达的测试准确度.本文介绍了捷变参数测试原理,根据系统设计方法将频率跟踪精度的检定在中频进行,并提出了捷变参数检定仪的设计方案.同时对检定仪进行了测试,得到的测频精度优于10 kHz.Frequency agile radar synthesis detection unit works in frequency hopping state in RF band and generates the echo signal for radar .Frequency tracking accuracy will directly affect the radar test .The test principle and system design method are proposed by the paper examines ,the frequency tracking accuracy of the frequency agile radar synthesis detection unit at intermediate frequency ,and design of calibration device are given .The frequency-measurement accuracy is better than 10 kHz .
