摘 要:目的:建立一种简单、快速、准确的抑制型离子色谱方法检测矿泉水中的偏硅酸,并对方法进行确认。方法:选用高容量、强亲水性Metrosep A Supp 5阴离子分离柱,4.0 mmol/L NaAc^1.5 mmol/L NaOH淋洗液,流速为0.7 mL/min,电导检测器,样品经0.2μm滤膜过滤后直接进样。结果:在0.5~100μg/mL范围内具有良好的线性关系,相关系数为0.99931,方法检出限为0.15μg/mL,相对标准偏差(RSD)为0.554%~0.689%,样品平均加标回收率为99.0%~102.2%。结论:该方法操作简单、快速、背景干扰小,灵敏度高、重现性好,可直接用于大批量矿泉水中偏硅酸的测定。Objective: A simple, rapid and accurate ion chromatography method was developed for the determination of silicate in mineral waters using the suppressed conductivity detector. Method: Chromatographic separation was performed on the Metrosep A Supp 5 anion analytical column and suppressed conductivity detector. Experimental conditions were optimized of isocratic celuent with 4.0 mmol/L sodium acetate and 1.5 mmol/L sodium hydroxide at a flow of 0.7 mL/min, injection sample volume of 100 μL. Results: The calibration curve for silicate showed a good linearity in the range of 0.5-100μg/mL with correlation coefficient of 0.99931, the detection limit was 0.15μg/mL, RSD was 0.554%-0.689%, and the average recovery was 99.0%-102.2%. Conclusion: The results showed that this method was simple, fast, sensitive, accurate, and suitable for the analysis of mineral water samples.
