摘  要:为建立母猪健康模型和分析母猪分娩、发情等过程体温变化规律提供数据支撑,研制了一种基于MLX90614和CC2430的母猪体温实时监测节点,远程、实时监测母猪体温。节点硬件选用CC2430单片机为主控制器,MLX90614红外温度传感器为温度测量传感器,CC2430单片机通过SMbus协议与MLX90614通信,对读取的温度数据补偿并发送到网关节点。试验过程中,选择母猪臀部为最佳测量部位,并研究母猪臀部温度与直肠温度的相关性,利用分布图法剔除异常数据,对温度测量结果进行补偿。试验结果显示:在实际猪舍中传感器网络节点的有效通信距离为30 m,系统测量误差为0.21℃,满足养殖行业对猪体温测量误差的要求。提出了一种非接触式准确实时测量母猪体温方法,为母猪养殖的科学化、规模化提供技术支撑。To establish a healthy model of sow and analyze temperature variation of childbirth and estrus process, a remote and real-time monitoring temperature node based on MLXg0614 and CC2430 was designed for sows,which can provide a scientific basis for disease diagnosis and estrus judgement. CC2430 MCU was the master controller of the node and the temperature of sows was measured by MLX90614 which was a high-precision infrared temperature sensor. CC2430 single-chip can communicate with MLX90614 and the data was read and transmitted to the gateway wireless node through SMbus protocol. In the testing process,sow's buttock as the best measurement area,the correlation of the sow's buttocks and rectum was studied,and result of the temperature was compensated in order to increase the accuracy. The experiment showed that the effective communication distance of sensor node was thirty meters ,and the system of sows temperature measurement error was 0.21℃, which could meet the requirement of animal livestock and poultry breeding industry. A non-contact method of accurate and real-time measurement of the temperature of sows was innovatively proposed, providing technical support for large-scale scientific breeding of sows.
