摘  要:基于欧拉法建立了冰浆流动的均相混合物模型,对冰浆在离心泵内的流动特性进行了数值模拟研究,获得了离心泵内冰浆的流场分布,探讨了流量、冰晶体积分数及冰晶颗粒大小对离心泵内颗粒分布的影响。研究表明:冰浆流体在泵内的高速区域主要集中在叶轮的旋转区域,且叶轮工作面的压力较大,冰晶颗粒的粒径较小时,颗粒主要分布在靠近蜗壳内侧的叶轮流道内;反之,则在叶轮工作面聚集。Based on Euler method, a mixture model was applied for simulating ice slurry flow in centrifugal pump. The flow field distribution of ice slurry in centrifugal pump was obtained, some parameters effecting on the distribution of particles in cen- trifugal pump were discussed such as the flow rate, volumetric fraction of ice crystals and ice particles size. Numerical result showed that the high - speed area of ice slurry in the pump was mainly concentrated in the area of the rotation of the impeller, and impeller working face pressure was bigger, the ice particle size was smaller, particles were mainly distributed in impeller flow passage near the inside of the volute on the contrary got together in the impeller face.
