摘　　要：目的 观察原发性肝癌（PLC）患者介入治疗前后、手术前后血清高尔基体糖蛋白73（sGP73）表达水平的变化.方法 酶联免疫吸附试验法（ELISA）检测33例正常人以及65例PLC患者sGP73水平,并比较24例Ⅱ期PLC患者介入治疗前后以及22例Ⅰ期PLC患者手术前后sGP73水平的变化.结果 PLC患者sGP73水平[（212.19±18.10）μg/L]明显高于正常对照组[（52.60±3.74） μg/L,P＜0.01],sGP73水平与PLC患者性别、年龄无明显相关,与临床分期明显相关;Ⅲ期[（228.79±11.99） μg/L]明显高于Ⅱ期[（216.21 ±8.10） μg/L],Ⅱ期明显高于Ⅰ期[（192.03±8.26） μg/L],Ⅰ期明显高于正常对照组、两者差异有统计学意义（P＜0.01）;介入治疗后PLC患者sGP73水平[（211.07 ±8.22） μg/L]明显低于介入治疗前[（216.21 ±8.10）μg/L],手术后PLC患者sGP73水平[（183.50±8.49）μg/L]明显低于手术前[（192.03±8.26） μg/L],两者差异有统计学意义（P＜0.01）.结论 sGP73水平检测有助于PLC疗效的评估及预后预测.Objective To investigate the changes of serum Golgi protein-73 （sGP73） in patients with primary liver carcinoma （PLC） before and after interventional therapy and operation.Methods Enzyme linked immunosorbent assay （ELISA） was used to detect the level of serum sGP73 in 33 cases of normal control subjects and 65 cases of PLC,and sGP73 levels in 24 cases of stage Ⅱ PLC pre-and post-interventional therapy,and 22 cases of stage Ⅰ PLC pre-and post-operation were compared.Results The sGP73 levels were elevated in all subgroups of patients with PLC [（212.19 ± 18.10） μg/L] compared to the controls [（52.60 ±3.74） μg/L,P 〈0.01].sGP73 was correlated with clinical stage,but not with sex and age.The sGP73 levels in stage Ⅲ [（228.79 ± 11.99） μg/L] were higher than those in stage Ⅱ [（216.21 ±8.10） μg/L,P〈0.01],those in stage Ⅱ were higher than those in stage Ⅰ [（192.03 ± 8.26） μg/L,P 〈0.01],and those in stage Ⅰ were higher than those in normal control subjects （P 〈0.01）.The sGP73 levels were remarkably reduced in patients with PLC after interventional therapy or operation （P 〈 0.01）.Conclusion These results suggest that detection of sGP73 is helpful for evaluating treatment response and prognosis of PLC.
