摘 要:煤矿安全工作是个复杂的系统工程,应用安全系统工程理论对煤矿系统安全状况进行分析,才能有效防止灾害事故。在建立煤矿安全评价指标体系的基础上,确定了体系层次结构及各指标的权重,并运用模糊综合评价法对煤矿系统人、机、环境三个单因素评判和整体综合评判,得到的定性和定量的评价结果直观、科学、可靠,能掌握系统整体安全状况,具有实际应用价值。Safety work of coal mine is a complicated system engineering.Analyzing the safety condition of coal mines by using the theory of safety system engineering can effectively prevent the disasters and accidents.Taking the man-machine-environment system as the foundation to establish safety assessment target system of coal mines and determine the system level structure and the safety assessment target weight of coal mines.Then the whole syn-thesis judgement of man-machine-environment three single factors of coal mines is done by the fuzzy comprehen-sive evaluation method separately, and get qualitative and quantitative evaluation results which is direct viewing, scientific and reliable to know the overall safety condition of the system, has the practical application value.
