摘　　要：随着移动互联网技术、通信技术的快速发展,越来越多的传统行业入驻到微博、微信等开放平台中,利用新媒体开展营销或信息服务。本文探讨了图书馆借助新媒体平台,通过微博、微信等开展信息服务,并且通过问卷调查分析了服务效果。这一新型的信息服务平台可以帮助图书馆提供实用的信息服务,与读者建立良好的沟通渠道。With the rapid development of mobile internet and communication technology,more and more tradi-tional industries come to the public platform like microblog and WeChat, and start to use new media to carry out maketing and information services.The artile analyzes feedback of questionnaire survey and discusses the feasibility that library can use the new media platform to provide information services and establish good com-munication channels with readers.
