摘 要:对PVDF涂层聚酯纤维建筑织物膜材和节点进行了一系列单调单向拉伸试验,包括常温(23℃)和高温(70℃)下母材、高温(70℃)下40mm和75mm宽搭接焊缝节点以及膜边铝合金型材节点,对其破坏形式、强度和变形力学特性进行了分析.介绍了具体的试件制作、实验仪器和试验方法.结合规程提出了温度对于材料的影响系数以及高温(70℃)下焊缝的最小宽度,对膜结构工程设计应用具有参考价值.A series of mono-uni-tensile tests have been carried out for the PVDF coated polyester fiber woven fabric, including the mother material under 23℃ and 70℃, 40mm and 75mm width welded overlap seam under 70℃, and edge fastener detail under 70℃. The broken phenomena, strength and deformation behavior were investigated thoroughly respectively. The specimen manufactures, experimental apparatus, testing procedures are also described accordingly herein. Due to high temperature effects, the influence factor is proposed from the membrane design specification, and the minimum welded seam width is also proposed under 70℃. The presented work is valuable to practical membrane structural engineering design.
