APESTS效果评估系统在河南省春季人工影响天气作业中的应用

摘　　要：利用河南省2011年和2012年春季飞机作业信息和2012年春季地面作业信息及自动气象站雨量数据,对中国气象局人工影响天气中心研发的层状云人工增雨(雪)作业效果统计检验系统(APESTS)适用性进行分析.结果表明,该系统用于河南省春季飞机作业效果评估表现出较好的统计显著性特征,能在一定程度上定量反映出增雨(雪)作业效果;用于春季地面作业效果评估,由于受到多重因素的影响,评估结果不理想,系统适用性还需进一步分析和验证.Based on the airplane operation data during the spring of 2011 and 2012, ground operation information in the spring of 2012 and precipitation data, the applicability of the artificial precipitation enhancement statistical test system （APESTS） from weather modification center of China Meteorology Administration was analyzed. The results showed that this system used for spring airplane operation effectiveness evaluation showed obvious statistical significance and the rainfall （snow）enhancement operation effect can be quantitatively reflected to a certain extent. The ground operation effectiveness evaluation is not so ideal, the applicability of this system needed further analyzation and validation.
