从对“广东恒大女排现象”分析聚焦我国女排联赛职业化发展的思考

摘　　要：恒大女排作为首家真正职业化的排球俱乐部,3年时间实现三级跳,成为中国排球联赛推行职业化后继上海、八一、天津和辽宁后的第5支冠军球队。恒大在中国体坛创造了一种现象——巨大的投入,豪华的阵容,丰厚的酬劳,完美的回报。其经营模式、组队方针、技战术打法、球队管理等都有别于其他球队。研究"恒大女排现象"背后的因素,对于积极探索我国排球俱乐部联赛职业化运作具有一定的参考价值。Hengda, as the first truly professional volleyball club in China, has achieved the triple jump in three years, becoming the fifth branch of the winning teams after the Chinese Volleyball League to implement the professional successor Shanghai, August, Tianjin and Liaoning, Hengda created a phenomenon in Chinese sports - a huge investment, the luxury line, a huge reward, perfect return. Its business model and team poli- cy, technical and tactical play, team management are different from the other teams. The research of the factors of Hengda will provide a certain reference value for China~ volleyball league orofessional ot^eration.
