摘  要:目的通过分析来我院就诊的患者及家属安全用药知识与行为的现状,为开展合理用药干预提供参考。方法设计调查问卷,在门诊随机发放,进行面对面调查,内容包括人员一般信息、药物选择购买行为、安全用药知识、药物使用行为等。结果通过医生处方选择用药210人(74.73%),药师推荐56人(19.93%);影响选择药物的主要因素是药物疗效占68.68%,安全性仅占25.27%;有25.70%的人感冒时常自行选用抗生素,有20.88%的人认为两种抗生素合用比单用一种好。7.83%的被调查者在就医时不会向医师说明正在服用的药物,8.54%的被调查者不清楚自己是否有药物过敏史。有72.95%的人用药前会阅读说明书,86.12%人关注过药品说明书上的不良反应及注意事项。结论部分公众安全用药意识淡薄,正确用药行为欠缺,要加强安全合理用药知识的学习;政府应加大安全用药知识普及力度,促进药物合理应用。Objective To investigate the status of patients and their families to safe medication knowledge and behav-ior to provide basis for the development of guardians of medication education. Methods Used qualitative method of ques-tionnaire to survey the generalpublic in outpatient department to understand their general information,behaviors of selecting the purchase of drugs,drug safety knowledge,drug use behaviors. Results 210 persons(74. 73% )followed doctors′ pre-scription,56 persons(19. 93% )followed the pharmacist′s advices;The main factors that influencing the choice of drugs was accounted for 68. 68% of drug efficacy,and another factors was safety accounting for only 25. 27% ;25. 70% of people be-ing colds chose to use antibiotics,had 20. 88% of the people think that the combination of two antibiotics was better than one. 7. 83% of respondents did not explain to the doctor were taking medication at the time of medical treatment,8. 54% of respondents did not know whether they had a history of drug allergy. About 72. 95% read specifications before using drugs, and 86. 12% paid attention to ADR and adverse drug instructions in specifications. Conclusion The public awareness of drug - using safety was weak and the behaviors were improper. Thus more knowledges of the drugs should be educated;Drug- using safety knowledge should be spread to promoting drug - using safety.
