摘  要:以鄂尔多斯盆地北缘的鄂尔多斯市作为研究区,采用综合指数法,进行以煤矿资源为重点的矿产资源开发环境影响评价研究。将研究区按评价结果划分为7个区域,其中属于严重区3个,总面积1644km2,占研究区面积的2.09%;较严重区3个,总面积3009km2,占研究区面积的3.83%;一般区1个,总面积73946km2,占研究区面积的94.08%。建议:(1)以地质环境影响严重区和较严重区为重点,加强矿山地质环境恢复治理工作;(2)对地质环境影响较轻的一般地区,加强矿山地质环境保护力度;(3)发展绿色矿业,建设生态文明。This paper focuses on the research of environment impact assessment regarding mineral resource development centering on the coal resources by using synthetical index method. This paper divides the research area that is the city of Ordos located in northern Ordos Basin into 7 sectors according to the results of assessment, of which there are 3 severe sectors with the total area of 1644km^2, accounting for 2.09% of the total; 3 critical sectors with the total area of 3009km^2, constituting 42.6% of the total; 1 general sector with the total area of 73946km^2, covering about 94.08% of the total. On this basis, this paper proposes that the severe sectors and critical sectors should be given special attention to in the efforts to controlling the geological environment in mine areas; stepping up efforts to protecting mining geological environment for the general sectors; and proceeding with the development of green mining industry and the building of ecological civilization.
