温泉开发项目决策评判指标体系综合评价研究

摘　　要：随着经济社会的发展,温泉消费作为健康产品越来越受到政府和社会的认可,但如何对温泉开发项目进行科学评判,保证温泉后期的顺利营运,目前还缺乏较为系统的研究。在文献总结的基础上,通过对学术界温泉相关领域专家及温泉行业内部高级管理人员的调查访谈,得出温泉开发项目评价体系前置决策、客观决策和主观决策中五个一级指标和18个二级指标,并采用层次分析法确定了客观决策各指标的权重,给定了各指标的评分区间和参考标准,最终形成可供操作的温泉开发项目决策评判指标体系,以期对温泉项目开发提供借鉴。Along with social economy development, hot spring consumption, as a health product, has attracted more recognition than ever from the government and society. However, at present, a scientific evaluation method on hot spring development project has not been researched systematically. In order to ensure the late operating smoothly of the hot spring, on the basis of the conclusion of the literature, and through interviewing experts in the related field and senior executives who work in hot spring industry, this paper has drawn five first grade indexes and 18 secondary indexes from up-front decision, objective decision and subjective decision of hot spring development project evaluation system. At the same time, it has determined the weight of the objective decision by analytic hierarchy process, and given the grading range and reference standards that eventually provide a practical evaluation index system to judge the decision of hot spring development project.
