延续性早期发育支持护理在早产儿护理中的应用及其对智能发育的影响

摘　　要：目的 探讨延续性早期发育支持护理在早产儿护理中的应用及其对智能发育的影响。方法 对2012年9月-2014年6月我院收治的174例早产儿的临床资料进行回顾性分析,按照不同的干预方法分为观察组和对照组,各87例,对照组实施常规治疗及发育支持护理,观察组在对照组的基础上实施延续性早期发育支持护理干预。比较两组早产儿母亲发育支持护理知识技能知晓情况、评估早产儿的发育商及脑瘫情况。结果 观察组母亲发育支持知识技能知晓优良率以及早产儿月龄3个月、6个月、12个月的适应性、大运动、精细运动、语言、社交DQ与同时间对照组比较明显较高,脑瘫检出率与对照组比较明显较低,两组比较,有显著性差异（P〈0.05）。结论 延续性早期发育支持护理有利于早产儿的生长发育,均明显提高存活率及生存质量,在促进早产儿早期发展、预防疾病等方面具有重要意义。Objective To investigate the application of continuity of early developmental supportive care and impact on the premature infants＇ intellectual development. Methods 174 cases of clinical data in premature infants selected from Sep 2012 to Jun 2014 in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed. They were divided into observation group and control group. Control grip accepted conventional treatment and developmental supportive care, observation group accepted continuity of the early developmenal supportive care on the basis of control group. Compared the nursing knowledge and skills to support the development of awareness of premature infants＂ mothers. Evaluated the premature infints＇ development quotient and cerebral palsy. Results The nursing knowledge and skills to support the development of awareness＇rate, suitability, big movement, fine motor, language, social and score of premature infants at the age of 3 months, 6 months and 12 months in observation group were significantly higher than the control group at the same time, detection rate of cerebral palsy was significantly lower than control group, the difference was significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Continuity of early developmental supportive care is in favor of premature infants＇growth and development, so that the survival and quality of life are significantly improved, is of great significance in promoting the early development of premature infants and disease prevention.
