摘　　要：目的:研究本机构使用基本药物(国家基本药物与北京市补充基本药物之和,下同)的状况,以期为本机构处方集的制订提供参考资料,促进基本药物的合理使用。方法:以每月所抽查处方为研究对象,统计2010年10月-2013年3月的处方信息,并对基本药物使用情况进行分析。结果:我院2010年至2012年基本药物使用率连年下降,2012年底经过调整,2013年第一季度基本药物使用率有明显提高,但仍低于北京市政府要求基层医疗机构基本药物使用率达70%的要求。结论:应通过分析研究,了解本院实施基本药物政策的优势、劣势、机遇和挑战,制订出一个适合本院实际情况的医院处方集,切实促进临床合理用药。Objective：To study the use of basic drugs （national essential drugs and supplement of basic drugs in Beijing） and the corresponding costs, and to promote the rational use of essential drugs. Methods： Prescriptions from October of 2010 to March of 2013 were random selected. Use of essential drugs was analyzed. Results：The basic drug utilization rate in our hospital from 2010 to 2012 declined year by year.The first quarter of 2013 data showed significant increase after the adjustment at the end of 2012, but the rate was still lower than 70%, requirement of Beijing government for use of basic drugs in grassroots medical institutions. Conclusion： The advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and challenges of essential drugs policy should be understood. A suitable drug formulary should be made for Zhangjiawan health institute to promote the rational use of essential drugs.
