摘　　要：日本投降之后,东北问题成为苏联与国民政府最重要的外交议题之一。在双方的数次交涉中,撤军接收和经济合作成为双方关注的焦点。由于政治形势的变化,东北问题也越来越复杂,苏联在对华政策上逐渐发生了转变,东北问题也对日后中苏关系产生了重要的影响。After Japan＇s surrender,the northeast problems became one of the most important diplomatic issues between the Soviet Union and Nanjing national government. In the several times of negotiations,the withdrawal of receiving and economic cooperation had become the focus to both sides. Due to the change of political situation,the problems of the northeast became more and more complex. The policy of Soviet Union toward China gradually changed,and afterwards northeast problems also have had important influence on the relations between the Soviet Union and China.
