摘 要:目的观察右归饮对SAMP6鼠成骨-破骨调控因子骨源性碱性磷酸酶(BALP)和白细胞介素-11(IL-11)血清含量的影响,探讨右归饮防治骨质疏松症的作用机制。方法选取SAMP6鼠36只,按随机方法分为SAMP6对照组和SAMP6药物组;另取11只同月龄SAMR1鼠,作为同源对照(SAMR1对照组)。SAMP6对照组和SAMR1对照组给予生理盐水灌胃,SAMP6药物组给予右归饮灌胃,每日1次。连续12周后,ELISA法检测血清BALP和IL-11的含量。结果 SAMP6药物组和SAMR1对照组血清BALP含量明显高于SAMP6对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);SAMP6药物组血清BALP含量低于SAMR1对照组(P<0.01)。SAMP6药物组和SAMR1对照组血清IL-11含量明显低于SAMP6对照组(P<0.01);SAMP6药物组和SAMR1对照组血清IL-11含量比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论右归饮能增加SAMP6鼠血清BALP含量,降低IL-11含量,推测其可能促进成骨细胞活性、降低破骨细胞活性,从而达到防治骨质疏松的目的。Objective To observe the impacts of youguiyin on serum levels of BALP and IL-11 and explore the effect mechanism of youguiyin on the prevention and treatment of osteoporosis.Methods Thirty six SAMP 6 rats were selected and randomized into SAMP 6 control group and SAMP6 drug group.Additionally,11 SAMR1 rats of the same age were collected as analogous control(SAMR1 control group).The gastric infusion of physical saline was used in SAMP6 control group and SAMR1 control group.In SAMP6 drug group,youguiyin was applied to gastric infusion,once a day.In 12 weeks,ELISA was used to determine the levels of BALP and IL-11 in serum.Results BALP level in SAMP6 drug group and SAMR1 control group was higher apparently than that in SAMP6 control group,indicating the significant difference (P < 0.01).BALP level in SAMP6 drug group was lower than that in SAMR1 control group(P < 0.01).Serum IL -11 level in SAMP6 drug group and SAMR1 control group was apparently lower than that in SAMP6 control group(P < 0.01)and the difference was not significant in comparison between SAMP6 drug group and SAMR1 control group (P > 0.05).Conclusion Youguiyin increases BALP level and IL-11 level in serum of SAMP6 rats.It is deduced that this drug prevents and treats osteoporosis possibly by promoting the activity of osteoblast and reducing the activity of osteoclast.
