玉屏风散对原发性获得性寒冷性荨麻疹临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察玉屏风散对原发性获得性寒冷性荨麻疹(PACU)的临床疗效。方法 68例PACU患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,对照组口服咪唑斯汀治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加用玉屏风散。观察两组患者治疗半个月、2个月时的临床疗效。结果治疗组治疗半个月、2个月总有效率分别为64.0%与94.0%,对照组分别为63.0%与66.0%,两组治疗2个月后总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2个月后实施冰块试验,两组冰块检测阴性率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论玉屏风散与咪唑斯汀治疗PACU临床疗效显著,值得推广。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy on primary acquired cold urticaria（PACU） treated with yu ping feng san.Methods Sixty-eight PACU patients were randomized into a treatment group and a control group.In the control group,mizolastine was prescribed for oral administration.In the treatment group,on the basic treatment as the control group,yu ping feng san was added.The clinical efficacy was observed in half a month and 2 months treatment separately.Results In half a month treatment and 2 months treatment,the total effective rates were 64.0％ and 94.0％ in the treatment group and were 63.0％ and 66.0％ in the control group separately.The difference in the total effective rate in 2 months treatment was significant in comparison of the two groups （P ＜ 0.05）.Ice cube test was performed in 2 months.The difference in negative rate of the test was significant in comparison of the two groups （P ＜ 0.05）.Conclusion Yu ping feng san and mizolastine achieve the significant clinical efficacy and this therapy deserves to be promoted.
