中药封包加玻璃酸钠关节腔内注射治疗膝骨性关节炎60例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察中药封包热疗法加玻璃酸钠注射液关节腔内注射治疗早、中期膝关节骨性关节炎(KOA)的临床疗效。方法将120例早、中期KOA患者根据随机原则按治疗时间顺序依次分为治疗组和对照组,每组60例。治疗组采用中药封包热疗法加玻璃酸钠注射液关节腔内注射。对照组口服洛索洛芬钠片加玻璃酸钠注射液关节腔内注射,疗程5周。观察两组患者治疗后临床疗效。结果治疗组治疗后有效率为92.31%,对照组为73.68%,治疗组疗效优于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药封包加玻璃酸钠关节腔内注射能明显改善早、中期KOA患者症状、体征,疗效确切。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy on knee osteoarthritis （KOA）of early and middle stages treated with herbal medicine sealing therapy and intra-articular injection with sodium hyaluronate.Methods One hundred and twenty cases of KOA of early and middle stages were randomized into a treatment group and a control group,60 cases in each one according to visit sequence.In the treatment group,the herbal medicine sealing therapy and intra-articular injection with sodium hyaluronate were adopted.In the control group,the oral administration of loxoprofen sodium tablets and intra-articular injection with sodium hyaluronate were applied.Results After treatment,the effective rate was 92.31％ in the treatment group and was 73.68％ in the control group.The efficacy in the treatment group was better than that in the control group,indicating the significant difference （P ＜ 0.05）.Conclusion The herbal medicine sealing therapy and intra-articular injection with sodium hyaluronate apparently relieve the symptoms and physical signs of the patients with KOA of early and middle stages.The efficacy is definite.
