双开环TST联合内扎外剥术与单纯内扎外剥术治疗环状混合痔术后并发症的对比

摘　　要：目的针对环状混合痔的手术治疗,比较双开环TST联合内扎外剥术与单纯内扎外剥术的术后并发症。方法将80例环状混合痔患者,随机分为两组,每组40例。观察组采用双开环TST联合内扎外剥术,对照组采用单纯内扎外剥术,对两组患者术后疼痛、水肿、出血、便秘、尿潴留等并发症进行观察、对比。结果两组疼痛、水肿、出血、便秘以及尿潴留等发生率比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论双开环TST联合内扎外剥术能减少环状混合痔术后并发症的发生,患者满意度更高,值得推广。Objective To compare the postoperative complications between TST by 2 windows combined with M-M and M-M alone.Methods A total of 80 patients with mixed hemorrhoids were randomly divided into two groups,with 40 patients in study group taking 2 windows TST combined M M,and the other 40 patients taking M-M alone in controlled group.All the patients took fumigation with traditional Chinese medicine and daily dressing change.The symptom and sign of complications including pain （VAS）,urine retention,edema and astriction were observed and compared.Results The complications,including pain,urine retention,edema and astriction,were significantly different in 2 groups （P ＜0.05）.Conclusion Two windows TST combined M-M could reduce postoperative complication and increase the satisfaction of patients,which is worth popularizing.
