七叶皂苷钠治疗混合痔术后创面水肿和疼痛的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨七叶皂苷钠对混合痔术后创面水肿和疼痛的影响。方法 120例混合痔术后患者随机分治疗组和对照组,各组60例,治疗组应用七叶皂苷钠20mg溶于5%GS 500mL中静滴,每日1次,其余治疗与对照组的处理相同。结果治疗组混合痔术后水肿和疼痛减轻,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论七叶皂苷钠在混合痔术后创面消肿和止痛疗效确切。Objective To explore the effects of sodium aescinate on postoperative edema and pain of mixed hemorrhoids.Methods One hundred and twenty patients who were diagnosed with mixed hemorrhoids were randomized divided into the treatment group and the control group.Different from the treatments in control group,the treatment group was treated with sodium aescinate additionally,20 mg sodium aescinate dissolved in 500 mL 5 ％ G.S were given by intravenous drip once per day.Results Compared with the control group,the postoperative edema and pain in treatment group were alleviated more apparently （P ＜ 0.05）.Conclusion Sodium aescinate could effectively alleviate the postoperative edema and pain of mixed hemorrhoids.
