摘　　要：本文主要对25例白血病合并革兰氏阴性杆菌肺炎患者资料进行回顾性分析，了解患者的感染途径、症状、菌种，通过X射线检查、实验室检查明确患者病情，针对患者的实际情况采取有效的治疗措施。除此之外，深入分析白血病合并革兰阴性杆菌肺炎的特点，明确白血病感染的预防比治疗更重要。[ Pick to ] this article mainly in 25 patients with leukemia merger of gram-negative bacteria pneumonia data were retrospectively analyzed, to understand the patient＇s infection, symptoms, strains, clear patients by X-ray examination, laboratory examination, according to the actual situation of patients take effective treatment measures. In addition, in-depth analysis of leukemia combined the characteristics of gram-negative bacteria pneumonia, clear leukemia infection prevention is more important than treatment.
