摘　　要：运用文献法、调查法和访谈法,归纳分析当前高校贫困生职业心理素质的现状。重点探讨拓展训练关于完善高校贫困生职业心理素质的影响,并适当提出针对性的建议及对策,旨在进一步完善高校贫困生的就业心理健康教育。Abstract： With the help of documentary, investigation and interview, it generalizes existing circumstances of vocational psychology diathesis about impoverished undergraduate students. It mainly probes into development training intervention on vocational psychology diathesis of impoverished undergraduate students, also advances corresponding suggestion in order to improve the mental health education of impoverished undergraduate students.
