摘  要:为提高齿轮泵使用寿命,参数化研究了齿轮泵径向力与圆柱轴承滚子凸度量的关系,提出齿轮泵圆柱滚子轴承凸度量参数化设计方法。针对齿轮泵轴承失效问题,以某型号高压齿轮泵为研究对象,为避免传统径向力计算公式假设过多、计算精度低等问题,利用计算流体动力学方法对齿轮泵工作过程进行动态模拟,可视化解析齿轮泵内部流场。分析高压油槽、卸荷槽等结构对齿轮泵内部流场的影响,精确求解齿轮径向力。试验数据表明,齿轮径向力CFD仿真值与实验值误差小于3.5%,依据该径向力修正圆柱滚子轴承凸度量后,齿轮泵使用寿命提高30%以上。该研究为高压齿轮泵齿轮径向力计算、圆柱滚子轴承失效机理分析及提高齿轮泵寿命提供了理论基础。To extend high pressure gear pump service life, a parametric study was proposed between gear pump's radial force and the crowning of cylindrical roller bearing, then a parametric design method was proposed on the crowning of cylindrical roller. According to the typical gear pump bearing failure, a corresponding high pressure gear pump was chosen as the research object. To avoid low accuracy and ideal assumptions of traditional gear shaft radial force calculation, dynamical simulation was carried out on gear pump's working process and visualize analyzed by using CFD technology. The influence of high pressure groove and high-pressure relief groove to pressure distribution was analyzed, and the gear pump's radial force was accurately and dynamically calculat- ed. Test data showed that the gear pump's CFD simulated radial force error was less than 3.5% compared with experimental value. When the crowning of cylindrical roller bearing was amended, the service life of the gear pump was improved by 30%. This study provides a theoretical basis for radial force calculation and bearing failure mechanism analysis of high pressure gear pump.
