摘  要:本文建立了一种快速、准确、简便、高效和非破坏性分析土壤中锑和铊等8种主要关注的重金属含量的X射线荧光法,可在很短的时间(约1h)内完成1个样品中的重金属含量测定。采用该方法分析了ESS系列4个标准样品和8个实际样品,与电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定结果接近,表明该方法可信度高。In this paper, a rapid, accurate, simple, efficient and nondestructive method, that is, X - ray fluorescence analysis, for determination of the contents of eight significant heavy metals including antimony and thallium in soil was established. The contents of eight elements in one soil sample can be measured within one hour by using this method. Four standard soil samples in ESS series and eight real soil samples were comparatively analyzed with ICP - MS method. The close results show that the method has high reliability.
