摘  要:目的为增加目前促透剂多指标评价的客观性,探讨加权TOPSIS法与RSR联用在促透剂促透效果评价中应用的可行性。方法取家兔背部皮肤去除皮下脂肪,采用体外透皮扩散装置,释放液含有1%对乙酰氨基酚,接收液为生理盐水。随机分为4组,A组不含促透剂,B组含1%月桂氮酮,C组含2%薄荷醇,D组含7%石菖蒲挥发油,每组7个,分别在2、4、8、12和24 h时间取样,测定吸光度,选取渗透系数(Kp)、滞留时间(Tlag)、稳态流量(Jss)和增渗倍数(ER)4个评价指标,采用加权TOPSIS法与RSR法联用进行多指标的综合评价。结果用变异系数法来计算有关评价指示权重,Kp的权重为0.108,Tlag的权重为0.678,Jss的权重为0.107,ER的权重为0.107。C值大小排序为1%月桂氮酮Ci>2%薄荷醇>7%石菖蒲挥发油Ci>不含促透剂Ci。相应的概率单位值(Y)不含促透剂组Y值为4.33,7%石菖蒲挥发油组Y值为5.00,2%薄荷醇组Y值为5.67,1%月桂氮酮Y值为8.09,所以促透效果依次为1%月桂氮酮>2%薄荷醇>7%石菖蒲挥发油>不含促透剂。结论加权TOPSIS法与RSR法联用可客观、科学地评价促透剂的促透效果,是促透剂综合评价的一种科学的研究方法。Objective To increase the objectivity of multi-index evaluation is for penetration enhancer, explored the feasibility of associated with the weighted TOPSIS and RSR in evaluating enhence transdermal absorption effect. Methods Got a rabbit skin, removed subcutaneous fat, the experiment implement on a vitro transdermal diffusion system, release liquid was containing 1% acetaminophen, receive liquid was physiological saline. Randomly divided into 4 groups, A group was control groups,group B containing 1% azone,group C containing 2% menthol,group D containing 7% stone calamus naphtha, Each team has seven backup,To collect the samples respectively in 2,4,8,12 and 24 h, measuring absorbance, Selected the permeability coefficient ( Kp ) , retention time ( Tlag ), steady-state flow ( Jss ), enhancing rate (ER) as 4 indexs,evaluated enhence transdermal absorption effect by weighted TOPSIS method and RSR method. Results Using the variation coefficient method to calculated the evaluation indicator weight, the weight of Kp was 0. 108, the weight of Tlas was 0. 678, the weight of Jss was 0. 107, the weight of the ER was 0. 107. The order of C value was 1% azone Ci 〉 2% menthol Ci 〉 7% stone calamus naphtha Ci 〉 control. The corresponding probability unit value (Y) of control was 4.33,7% stone calamus volatile oil group was 5.00,2% menthol was 5.67,1% azone was 8.09, so the order of enhence transdermal absorption effect was 1% penetration Laurocapram 〉 2% menthol 〉 7% volatile oil 〉 control. Conclusion Combined with weighted TOPSIS and RSR method can be objective, scientific evaluatied the penetration effect of penetration enhencer.
