摘　　要：为达到增强全科医生的职业认同感以及探索引进并留住基层医疗卫生人才措施的目的,同时为各级政府和有关单位能够迅速、有序、有效地落实相关政策提供有理有据的对策建议。本文对影响社区全科医生职业认同感的主要因素进行探讨,并发现社区全科医生职业认同感的主要影响因素包括:全科医生人才培养方式影响其职业形象、全科医生社会认可度低、全科医生福利薪酬水平低等。此外,文章尝试提出对应改善策略:打造全科医学领域的权威领袖,提高全科医生的学科水平和科研能力,增强职业自信力;增强全科医生岗位胜任力,提升业务水平,改善医疗卫生服务质量;提高社会各界对全科医生职业的认可度及全科医生的福利薪酬,避免社区骨干人才流失,保障人才"引得来、留得住"。基层医疗卫生建设发展是解决看病难、看病贵的问题的重要举措之一,提升基层医疗能力和水平,基层医疗卫生有效分流患者就医,促进形成有序就医格局,而这一前提是全科医生的能力足以承担起这一责任。职业认同感对全科医生职业可持续发展有着重要意义,应该积极探讨全科医生的职业认同感影响因素及对应策略,应该尽可能满足全科医生的合理诉求,为基层医疗卫生的持续、健康发展加大推力。The aim of this paper is to explore the paths to enhance the professional identity of general practitioner （GPs） and retain primary care health professionals, and provide a basis for the local governments and relevant units to take implementation of relevant policies quickly, orderly and effectively. The main factors affecting the professional identity of general practitioner in communities were discussed. The factors include： their professional image can be affected by the General Practitioner training methods,low social recognition and the low welfare, etc. on that basis, the paper attempts to put forward the corresponding improvement strategies ： to build a authority leaders in the field of general medicine, improve the discipline of Gps and their scientific research ability and career self-efficacy, enhance the position competency and the level of business, improve the quality of medical and health services, and improve the social recognition of GPs profession and the welfare of the general practitioner salary, which can avoid the brain drain of community high-level backbone talent. The construction and development of primary health care is an important and expensive measures to solve the problem that ＂ Medical treatment is difficult and expensive＂. Primary care can bypass patients effectively,promote the formation and orderly treatment mode and promote the formation and orderly pattern for medical treatment while this premise is that the GPs have the ability to undertake the work. It＇ s great significance to research professional identity of the general practitioner. We should actively explore GPs professional identity factors and coping strategies, as far as possible to meet the reasonable demands of the general practitioner that can increase the driving force for the sustainable development of primary health care.
