摘　　要：分析了企业军工技改项目的现状，找出了项目建设中存在的问题，分析了问题产生的原因，提出了管理工作的改进思路。In order to improve building capability of enterprise military technical upgrading project, this paper first analyzes the current situation of enterprise military technical upgrading project. Then it finds out and analyzes the existing problems in project building. At last it presents improvement ideas of management.
