用户个体差异对数字图书馆交互体验评价的影响研究

摘　　要：采用实验研究方法,分析教育背景、性别、检索技能、检索经验、浏览技能及浏览经验6个个体差异因素对数字图书馆用户交互体验评价的影响可以发现:不同的用户个体差异因素对不同的数字图书馆交互体验评价的影响程度不同;同一个体差异因素对不同的数字图书馆交互体验评价的影响不同;不同的用户个体差异因素对不同的数字图书馆交互体验评价测量指标的影响不同;数字图书馆在设计的时候应重点关注交互体验评价的测量指标。Using the method of experimental research, analyzing that user individual differences influence interaction experience evaluations of digital libraries from six aspects： the education background, the gender, retrieval skills, the retrieval experience, browse skills and the browse experience,we could find that different user individual difference factors influence different interaction experience evaluations of digital libraries on different levels; the same user individual difference factor influnces different interaction experience evaluations of digital libraries on different levels; different user individual difference factors influence measurement indexs of interaction experience evaluations of different digital libraries on different levels;the design of the digital library should mainly pay attention to the measurement index of the interaction experience evaluation.
