摘  要:目的从文献计量学的角度统计分析氟喹诺酮类药物在抗结核研究领域的研究概况,为抗感染工作领域研究者提供参考。方法检索PubMed、Web of Science、Embase、中国知网等数据库,运用文献计量学分析方法,对纳入文献的年代、语言、期刊、作者及研究机构、文献类型、研究内容、被引频次等进行统计分析。结果文献共9 526篇,符合要求是3 109篇。文献量总体呈逐年上升趋势,文献中研究较多的药物是左氧氟沙星、环丙沙星、莫西沙星、氧氟沙星等。单篇文章被引频次最高的为181次,研究内容分析为氟喹诺酮类药物体外抗分枝杆菌活性、临床耐药情况、临床试验等。结论氟喹诺酮类药物作为二线抗结核治疗药物在对耐药、耐多药结核病的治疗中表现出良好的治疗效果,联合用药可能降低其耐药发生率,但是关于氟喹诺酮类药物与其他抗结核药物间的相互作用研究相对缺乏,今后可着重开展此方面研究。OBJECTIVE To investigate the research status of fluoroquinolones in the field of anti-tuberculosis (TB) through a Bibliometric approach. METHODS PubMed, SCI, Embase and CNKI were searched. The amount of year, language, journal, authors and institute, typle of article, contents and cited frenquency were analysis. RESULTS A total of 9 526 papers, in line with the requirement are 3 109 papers. The number of papers published showing an overall upwardtrend and the main drugs of the literature were levofloxacin, ciprofloxaein, moxifloxacin, ofloxacin. The highest cited frequency of single paper is 181 times, which research on in vitro activity, resistance, clinical of fluoroquinolones used in anti - tuberculosis. CONCLUSION As can be seen from the relevant research literature, fluoroquinolones as second-line anti-TB drugs in the treatment of MDR-TB treatment show good therapeutic effect, combination therapy can significantly reduce the incidence of drug resistance. In addition, with regard to the interaction of fluoroquinolones with other anti-TB drugs among the study is small, it should be studied further.
