大黄芒硝散外敷治疗产后会阴肿痛临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察大黄芒硝散外敷治疗产后会阴肿痛的临床效果。方法:200例自然分娩后会阴肿痛产妇随机分为观察组及对照组各100例,观察组予大黄芒硝散敷会阴,对照组予硫酸镁湿敷会阴,观察比较两组产后3天内会阴肿胀及疼痛情况。结果:会阴消肿、疼痛缓解观察组均明显快于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:大黄芒硝散外敷会阴治疗产后会阴肿痛具有很好的疗效。Objective ： To observe therapeutic effect of rhubarb glauber powder for treatment of perineal swelling and pain.Methods： 200 vaginally delivered parturients with perineaI swelling and pain were randomly divided into observer group （ 100 cases ） and control group （ 100 cases ） .The observer group was given applying perineum with rhubarb glauber powder, the control group was given applying perineum with magnesium.To observe the conditions of perineal swelling and pain in 3 days. Results ： The observer group was obviously better than the control group in both eliminating swelling and relieving pain, and the difference was significant （ P〈0.05 ） .Condusion： The rhubarb glauber powder was used to treat perineal swelling and pain, can significantly improve the efficacy, and it was worthed to popularize.
