复方玄驹胶囊联合盐酸曲唑酮治疗早泄观察

摘　　要：目的:观察复方玄驹胶囊联合盐酸曲唑酮治疗早泄的效果。方法:54例分为治疗组30例和对照组24例,治疗组用复方玄驹胶囊联合盐酸曲唑酮治疗,对照组单用盐酸曲唑酮治疗。疗程均为4周。以治疗前后阴道内射精潜伏期、性伴双方性满意度评价治疗效果。结果:两组治疗后阴道内射精潜伏时间延长,与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组效果比对照组更好(P<0.05)。治疗后两组性伴双方性生活满意度均改善,但治疗组改善更明显(P<0.05)。结论:复方玄驹胶囊联合曲唑酮能延长早泄患者射精潜伏期,改善性伴双方性生活满意度,且效果优于单用曲唑酮。Objective：Evaluation of complex Xuanju capsule combined with trazodone hydrochloride in the treatment of premature ejaculation effect. Methods： 54 cases of premature ejaculation patients were divided into experimental group （ 30 cases of complex Xuanju capsule combined with trazodone ） ,24 cases in the control group （ trazodone hydrochloride alone ） ,the experimental group was given complex Xuanju capsule 3 capsules each time,3 times/day,oral trazodone 50mg every night before going to bed every night;the control group oral trazodone 50mg, treatment for 4 weeks. Before and after the treatment of intravaginal ejaculatory latency, with sexual satisfaction of both sides to evaluate the therapeutic effect.Results：After treatment intravaginal ejaculation latency time prolonged, the difference was significant （P〈0.05） ; experimental group compared to control group difference （ P〈0.05 ） ; sexual partners of both sexual satisfaction were improved after treatment. Conclusion：Adopt the Xuanju capsule and trazodone combined with medication on patients with premature ejaculation can prolong ejaculation latency, improve both partners sexual satisfaction.More effective than single drug therapy.
