夏枯草片治疗良性前列腺增生40例观察

摘　　要：目的:观察夏枯草片治疗良性前列腺增生的临床疗效。方法:80例随机分为观察组和对照组各40例,观察组用夏枯草片治疗,对照组用非那雄胺治疗。结果:两组症状治疗后均有改善,观察组前列腺特异性抗原、前列腺体积改善显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。不良反应率观察组5.0%,对照组32.5%,两组比较具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:夏枯草片治疗良性前列腺增生疗效显著,不良反应少。Objective： Prunella study was to investigate the clinical efficacy in treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia. Methods： Random sample of 80 cases of benign prostatic hyperplasia February 2013 to December 2013 hospital admissions for the study. Randomly divided into observation group and control group, 40 cases in each group. In the observation group were treated using Prunella tablets, in the control group were treated with finasteride treatment. Efficacy and adverse reactions observed were compared before and after treatment of patients. Adverse reaction rates observed group was significantly better than the 5.0% rate of adverse events in the control group and 32.5%. （ P〈0.05 ） .Results： Two groups of patients were improved after treatment, Conclusion： Prunella clinical efficacy in treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia significantly.
