摘 要:以栒子试管苗为试材,分别研究了不同的培养瓶封口物、不同6-BA浓度(0-0.90mg/L)、不同琼脂浓度(6.5-8.5g/L)及不同培养温度对栒子试管苗玻璃化的影响。结果表明:当6-BA浓度为0.30mg/L、琼脂浓度为6.5g/L、培养温度23-24℃,以棉塞或封口膜封口时,栒子试管苗玻璃化率较低,繁殖系数较高。Taking Cotoneaster hjelmqvistii plantlet in vitro as materials,the effect of coverings of the vessels,6-BA concentrations(0-0.90mg/L),agar concentrations(6.5-8.5g/L)and shoots culture temperature on its vitrification phenomenon were studied.The results showed that the vitrification rate was lower,and the propagation coefficient was higher when the Cotoneaster hjelmqvistii plantlet was cultured on MS basal salts containing 0.30mg/L 6-BA and6.5g/L agar concentration,in 23-24℃cultured temperature and in the vessels covering with cotton plug or sealing film.
