摘　　要：通过在外科临床带教过程中对护生的教学观察,就发现的一些重点问题进行了剖析,并着重阐述了护理带教中应注重在人文素养、综合能力、创新思维、患者隐私认识及安全意识等方面的培养与实践。Through the clinical observation of the nursing students on teaching of surgical, an analysis of the impor- tant problem was found ,and emphatically elaborated the nursing teaching with practice and training of humane quality, comprehensive ability, safety consciousness ,creative thinking and understanding of particular field.
